"READ ME A CHRISTMAS STORY"

2024 LIGHTED CHRISTMAS PARADE

Friday, December 6TH

Line Up at 6:00 p.m.; Judging at 6:30 p.m.; Step-Off at 7:00 p.m.

• Please submit your entry form by November 30th.

• Parade line-up is at 6:00 p.m. at North Mac High School parking lot on Fortune Street.

• Each unit will be assigned a number to indicate their position in the parade.

• No other live Santa’s please.  Santa Claus will arrive by firetruck at the end of the parade.

• All entries must be decorated in a holiday theme, including floats, cars, trucks, golf carts, tractors, etc.

• PLEASE consider the safety of your parade participants, especially children sitting on floats.  Children should have adult supervision.

• Dress warmly; bring extra blankets or warm clothing, especially for children.

• Throwing candy is acceptable but please be cautious of children running in the path of the parade to pick it up.

JUDGING:

• Recognition Categories for:  Businesses, Organizations, Religious, Golf Carts, Jeeps, and Best of Show.

• All entries will be judged at 6:30 p.m. prior to the start of the parade.
